If necessary we will climb your tree and safely dismantle it to the ground by using sophisticated rigging.

Once the tree is removed, we cut the stump as low to the ground as possible, then use a stump grinder to remove the stump.

We will climb your tree and trim it in accordance with ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) standards. If you have specific trimming needs we will be happy to discuss these with you.

Cabling and bracing will reduce the risk of tree failure as a result of structural weakness, storm damage, mechanical injury, rubbing or long heavy limbs. We will fit the tree with stainless steel cables and fittings to reinforce the strength of the trunk.

We will remove fallen limbs caused by storms or requested pruning/cutting. We will chip the debris and remove it, or we can provide you with the mulch to spread around your trees and plants which helps promote healthy soil conditions.

We use an environmentally friendly insecticide suitable for ground injection. This insecticide toxifies the tree for twelve months and is not harmful to butterflies, bees or birds.

Soil therapy consists of injecting beneficial materials into the root zone under pressure of 400 pounds per square inch which has the physical effect of creating air spaces in compacted soil. This air space improves the movement of oxygen into the root which is essential for all life activities in the soil. Included in the injected liquid are beneficial symbiotic fungi (ectomycorrhizal {Pt} and endomycorrhizal ), and bacteria (nitrogen fixing, phosphorus solubizing, and growth promoting). For best results we recommend three annual consecutive treatments.

"Cambistat " is a new technology treatment which increases the tree's durability. It works by taking the energy the tree would otherwise use for canopy growth and redirects it to the production of defense chemicals, fibrous roots, and stored energy. This redirection of energy boosts the tree's self defenses, enabling it to better withstand life stresses from insects, disease, drought, excessive heat, old age, construction injuries and a confined root area. Cambistat remains active in the tree for three years.

We use a slow release fertilizer specifically designed to regenerate roots during and after drought conditions.

It is recommended that fruit tree pruning begin with a first stage rehabilitation pruning in the winter months. Proper pruning over a specified period of time will ensure fruit production. We use a non-toxic mineral oil spray which applied early in the spring will suffocate over wintering insect eggs and fungus spores.

Trees add monetary value to your property. We measure the circumference of your trees, determine the species, evaluate the location and condition (in order to arrive at an aesthetic and shade value) based upon the "Guide for Plant Appraisal, 9th Edition", developed by the "Council of Tree and Landscape Appraiser" and published by the International Society of Arboriculture.

When our head arborist visits your property he/she will measure your trees, determine the species, and it's location on your property, and this information will be stored on our customized database for future assessments.

Safety is our primary concern. If you suspect a tree has become unsafe, or you have damage due to a storm such as hanging limbs, limbs that have fallen on a roof, car or blocking traffic, please contact us immediately and we will get there as soon as possible to assess the damage and take action.
